She is sought after as an executive coach, speaker and facilitator, and has provided consulting and training services to Fortune 50 as well as small companies. She has served firms in manufacturing, technology, communications, banking/finance and insurance, retail, utilities, and business services, as well as professional organizations, local and Federal government and nonprofits.
Jerry Hancock

Jerry Hancock has more than 40 years of experience in the field of communication. He has worked with dozens of organizations, and hundreds of individuals, in the areas of interpersonal communication, group dynamics, team skills, creative strategic thinking, presentations, mass media, marketing, sales, advertising and public relations.
Lex Alexander
Partner
Lex Alexander became a partner after serving for eight years as the firm’s vice president for marketing and communications and a senior consultant. He has been a communications professional for more than 40 years in broadcasting and print and on the Web. An award-winning newspaper journalist for 25 years, he also was responsible for newsroom recruiting and training for many years, covering topics including writing, interviewing, database analysis, and ethics. He has led seminars at the American Press Institute, the National Institute for Computer-Assisted Reporting, and the Poynter Institute for Media Studies.
