Kim is a dynamic and empowering motivator, educator, and leader, leveraging a combination of curiosity, passion, communication, and interpersonal skills to design, facilitate, and oversee impactful learning experiences. She is an engaging leadership coach, partnering with clients to clarify and pursue their career and development goals with the aim of growing great leaders. 

Kim’s experience spans telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer-goods industries, most recently spearheading the development and stewardship of The Coca-Cola Company’s core leadership and diversity experiences. In this role, she led the design and deployment of mid-level and senior leadership programs. Senior leaders’ effectiveness increased by 20 percentage points, and the company received the Brandon Hall Gold Award for the mid-level program design in the Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Development Program category.

Kim has facilitated a broad array of topics, including Creating Clarity, Alignment and Movement, Inclusive Leadership, Leading Change, Coaching & Feedback, Influencing, Global Collaboration and Cultural Competence, Team Effectiveness, Performance Management, Storytelling, Emotional Intelligence, Risk Taking and Employee Onboarding.

She is certified in the Hogan Suite of assessments, the HBDI, the Change Style Indicator, the Korn Ferry Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate assessment, and Covey, Blanchard and DDI content and is a certified coach. She has also served as a guest lecturer in the MBA program at The National Defense University in Washington, D.C. 

Kim completed graduate studies in the M.B.A. program at Boston University and has a B.S. in Industrial Relations and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
