Linda Christopherson

Linda Christopherson is an experienced manager and leader, having managed organizational start-ups, new technology launches, corporate reorganizations and strategic change initiatives. Her expertise includes strategic planning, teambuilding, conflict management, negotiation skills, culture change strategies, executive coaching and development, bringing organizations into alignment on common goals, and communication.

She has spent over 15 years in the field of executive and organizational development, including four years as Training and Organizational Development Executive at Royal and Sun Alliance, a major international insurer.

Linda has been involved in a number of community organizations including volunteer work with the Adult Basic Literacy program and the United Way. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Mecklenburg Council on Adolescent Pregnancy, and is currently on the Executive Council of the Board of Directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, as well as the speaker’s bureau of this organization.
