Meagan Palmer, consultant and coach

Meagan brings a wealth of experience in developing leadership and management skills, and in improving organizational effectiveness. In over 20 years with Mecklenburg County, she has served as senior Learning and Development Consultant, where she created and delivered dozens of leadership development programs for executives, managers, supervisors, and frontline employees.

In addition to her work with AlexanderHancock, Meagan is a Certified Trainer with VitalSmarts, Covey, Blanchard, and DDI.

She has also led cultural change initiatives for more than 1,200 employees in the Department of Social Services, where she worked with senior administration as a consultant and project manager on organizational planning, strategy, and change.

Meagan holds the B.S. degree in Criminal Justice, and the M.S. in Social Work and Organizational and Clinical Studies, both from the University of Georgia.
