Jacob, who became a partner in January 2023, is a communications and operations specialist with experience in business strategy development and implementation. He has helped hundreds of business owners and professionals to optimize their systems and processes, increase sales, and communicate more effectively.

In addition to his coaching and consulting career, Jacob has managed marketing & sales for a multi-million dollar ecommerce company, where he increased sales by 20% in just one year.

Jacob holds a B.A. in English from Warren Wilson College. He lives in Asheville, N.C., where he’s active in the thriving local business community.
