Anne Seline

During Anne's 30 years in business she has enjoyed a broad career. She has held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and product management until 1992 when she moved into the field of Human Resources.  She effectively worked with her client groups to identify and develop training interventions aligned with strategic objectives and focused on helping individuals improve performance.

Anne developed an organizational learning process and plan to implement the strategy to protect and enhance the company's competitive position in its global market place, which required employees to make radical behavioral changes.  She facilitated learning sessions and coached Marketing & Sales to enable successful achievement of goals, resulting in measurable and observable behavior changes.

Anne demonstrates strong skills in the areas of competency model development, team building and facilitation.  She been responsible for enabling, coaching and training Human Resources personnel and client groups by participating on various teams as Change Agent, improving the team's ability to lead, manage, and implement change.

Anne has significant experience supporting and advocating eLearning and working with Subject Matter Experts to develop custom web-based courses, especially in the areas of litigation avoidance and compliance.

Anne has a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University.  She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development, and a founding member of the New Jersey Organization Development Network.  She is an avid horsewoman, competing at horse trials in the Northeast.
